Asiana Airlines operates via its hub in Seoul, South Korea, and carries offline operations out of Colombo with its interline partner airlines. Currently, the Asiana network is accessible to Sri Lankan passengers via transit points; in Singapore & Bangkok. The airline has been represented by Mack Air in the capacity of General Sales Agent since the year 2014. The airline's passengers are serviced by Mack Air via the provision of sales and reservation support.
